            Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing the store’s online marketing strategies to promote products, build brand awareness, and attract both retail and wholesale customers. The role involves creating engaging content, managing all social media platforms, running paid promotions, and analyzing performance metrics to improve digital engagement and sales conversion.
Key Responsibility:
- 
Content Creation and Management
- Create and post engaging visual and written content (photos, videos, captions, reels, flyers, etc.) across all social media platforms.
 - Highlight the store’s products, new arrivals, promotions, and customer testimonials.
 - Ensure brand consistency in tone, color, and messaging across all platforms.
 - Schedule regular posts using social media management tools.
 
 - 
Platform Management
- Manage the store’s official pages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
 - Respond promptly and politely to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.
 - Monitor pages daily to ensure professionalism and engagement.
 - Maintain updated product catalogs and price lists online.
 
 - 
Marketing and Promotion
- Plan and execute paid ads and sponsored posts to boost visibility and sales.
 - Collaborate with in-store teams to promote sales events, new stock, and special offers.
 - Track and report performance of campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions).
 - Suggest creative marketing ideas to attract online and walk-in customers.
 
 - 
Brand Image and Customer Engagement
- Build a positive brand image through engaging storytelling and consistent updates.
 - Encourage customer reviews, feedback, and user-generated content.
 - Engage with customers to strengthen loyalty and repeat patronage.
 - Handle negative feedback professionally and resolve online complaints swiftly.
 
 - 
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze post-performance, audience insights, and page growth monthly.
 - Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.
 - Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
 
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
 - Proven experience managing social media pages for a business (retail/FMCG experience is a plus).
 - Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
 - Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content design and editing tools.
 - Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and social media analytics.
 - Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
 - Reliable, proactive, and goal-driven personality.
 
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Growth rate of followers and engagement (likes, shares, comments).
 - Increase in online inquiries and sales conversions.
 - Consistency of posting schedule and content quality.
 - Customer satisfaction and brand reputation online.
 - ROI on paid advertising campaigns.
