Job Summary: Inventory Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, improving inventory systems, and ensuring accurate records across all sales channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across retail, wholesale, and online sales.
- Develop and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan stock accordingly.
- Supervise and train inventory clerks and warehouse staff.
- Generate inventory reports and present key insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage and handling.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail or wholesale.
- Familiarity with plastic products or household goods inventory is an advantage.
- A good knowledge of inventory software systems (ERP, POS, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
